Bri Johnson

Bri Johnson is a 757 native who grew up in Yorktown, VA, and spent many fall weekends going to Virginia Tech football games. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts with a focus in Cinema from Virginia Tech, along with minors in Political Science and Peace Studies & Social Justice. Her passion for lifelong learning recently led her to return to Virginia Tech to pursue her master's in Communication with a focus in Reputation Management.

In the years following graduation, Bri continued to pursue her passion for film and visual media production through freelance videography and photography, as well as social media content creation for nonprofit organizations. Through these experiences, she has developed an eye for authentic storytelling, creating engaging content, and connecting with diverse audiences through visual media. She is excited to tell the stories of the impactful work happening across Enrollment Management in ways that engage and connect with current and prospective students, as well as their families and communities.

In her free time, you can find Bri spending time with her dog, Rupert, traveling, crossing books off her TBR list, watching the latest movie releases, curating her music playlists, and attending or watching a hockey game.
